The historic heart: HaMeyasdim St up to no. 54 (the Midrachov), Herzl, Jabotinsky and Sderot Nili. Old stone houses, cafés and galleries. NBN says Dati Leumi olim tend to live in the Moshava, near Ohel Yaakov and Moed.

The northern part of the old moshava: HaMeyasdim from no. 55, HaNadiv, Herzl from no. 43 and the slopes. Ohel Yaakov (1886), the First Aliyah Museum, the council offices, Gan Tiyul and Moed are all here.

West of the centre: Alonim, Bialik, HaZayit, Chazon Ish, Tidhar and nearby streets. The Merkaz LeChinuch Torani shuls are on HaZayit St; NBN says Charedi English speakers live mostly around Chazon Ish and Ramat Tzvi.
A private-house neighbourhood with streets named after gems. The HaShmura commercial centre has Ve'Ahavta (Masorti) and ESRA's English bookshop; there is a dog park and the Gal Azulai lookout. NBN lists it as popular with olim.
A southern neighbourhood from the State's first decade. It is arnona zone C, the lowest residential rate in 2026 (NIS 50.46/m2 vs 63.71 in zone A). Several shuls, Clalit's Zichron South clinic and the southern mikveh.
On the north-western ridge, with flower-named streets and Sderot Ben Gurion. Kavim line 701 to Binyamina station starts from HaNarkis/HaSavyon, and Gan HaGiva by HaNarkis St is a lookout.
A newer private-house neighbourhood north of the centre (Derech Pinles, Arazim, HaTe'ena and fruit-tree streets). The council says most young families moving in settle in neighbourhoods like this one.
A small zone of four fruit-named streets (Afarsek, Limon, Agas, Tut) next to Neve Shalev. The council gives no other description.
Many shuls, including the Merkaz LeChinuch Torani shuls and Chabad (3 Eliyahu Hakim St), and a Maccabi clinic on Hillel Yaffe St. NBN says Charedi English speakers live mostly near Derech Sarah, Chazon Ish and Ramat Tzvi.
Three central streets (HaGoren, HaDagan, HaAliya) with the public library, the Psagat Zichron mall and its Clalit clinic and supermarket. Ohel Rachel and Beit El shuls are on HaAliya St.
The newest large neighbourhood, in the east, which brought hundreds of families. Bird-named streets, the 50-dunam Park HaMoshava, a skatepark, a dog park and a Maccabi clinic. NBN lists it as popular with olim.
A southern neighbourhood from the State's first decade (Trumpeldor, HaAvoda, Remez). Parts are in arnona zone B. NBN says older Dati Leumi olim, average age about 60, often live in or near Remez.
"Opposite the winery": streets named after immigrant ships and aliyah history (Exodus, Struma, Af Al Pi Chen). Grouped with Neve Remez and Park HaYayin for registration.
On the south-western ridge (Reuven, Rachel, Rivka, Lea and HaChita streets). The Neve HaBaron shul hosts Matan women's learning on Wednesdays. NBN lists it as popular with olim.
A newer zone at the southern edge whose streets are named after grapes (Merlot, Cabernet, Chardonnay, Shiraz). Grouped with Neve Remez and Mul HaYekev for gan registration.
Bookings are between you and the host or hotel. Check the cancellation terms and, over Shabbat, that you can get in without a code or a lift.
