Visiting Zichron Yaakov: start here
Zichron Yaakov is an 1882 First Aliyah moshava on the southern tip of the Carmel, known for its restored main street, wineries and Ramat HaNadiv, the Rothschild memorial gardens. It works well as a day out from Tel Aviv or Haifa, or as a base for the Carmel coast beaches and Caesarea.
